Splashing In God's Grace

It's Sink Or Splash Time

Living For What Lasts

Wow- life is such an adventure isn’t it? This blog is all about random journeys in my life and what I’ve seen God teaching me along the way. It’s my testimony. I am a living testimony– you are a living testimony by how we choose to live out our days here on this earth. We show people what we believe not just by what we say or what we do but by the fruit that our lives bear. Sometimes fruit is beautiful and unblemished, sometimes it has bruises, sometimes it’s rotting from the outside in, or even the inside out.

We don’t need to be fruitless any longer.I want to bear beautiful fruit but I cannot do it myself. I am  a weak human and struggle just to get tomatoes to grow in my garden. I need help, encouragement, and instructions along the way.

When I was eight, I was introduced to Jesus Christ by my grandmother. She lived out her faith daily and brought me to church. It was there that I heard the truth and made a personal decision to follow Jesus, accepting him as my personal Savior and was baptized. When I was fifteen, I rededicated my life to Christ and continued to grow. I tripped up in my actions, attitudes, and faith for sure in the years following. I do confess though that I have loved my Savior ever since I gave my life to him. I have felt his presence and seen his mighty hand of grace in my life. He has always been faithful– even though I have not.

It is my hope and prayer that you also will be encouraged in your pursuit of God– seeking him and finding him with all your heart. I also hope that you will desire to know him personally as your Lord and Savior.

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in  him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:16 & 17 NLT
