Our kids love it when they ask for dessert or to watch a movie and we say- “Yes!” It’s such fun watching their faces light up and experience the joy of receiving what they were asking and hoping for. I too, never tire of feeling overwhelming joy when I’ve prayed about something and my Father says, “YES!”
Tuesday morning, the kids and I prayed for God to provide a new desk top computer for our family. Larry wasn’t aware of this prayer and came home early due to the 12″ snow fall. He shared with me that his boss gave everyone in the company an unexpected bonus! This was our answer to prayer for our new computer! We were so excited and praised God together for His quick “YES!” answer to our prayer. We remember special answers to prayer like this by writing about it on a rock and putting it in our large glass jar. Putting these rocks in our jar, reminds us in the days, months, and years to come- that we pray to a God that loves us and answers prayer!
We are still praying and waiting on God to say “YES!” to Nathan’s adoption, a larger home, books to be finished and published, financial provision for family members, broken marriages to be restored, and certain people to come to Christ.. We know God will answer and move in one way or another according to His will.

Don’t you just love it when God says, “Yes!”?
How do you remember what God does in your life?

Eph. 3:20 & 21 (part) – encourages us saying, ” Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more that all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory…”
